FFVII got me into the series (I wasn't even aware of FF until this game came along). I then bought and loved VIII, IX and X. I bought XII and although I still enjoyed it I found it a little dissapointing. After playing VII - X I went back and bought FF I, II and VI (I'm currently playing through VI for the first time).
