Apparently when it does a system update, it also does a hardware check and since mine is in the middle of my repairing it, it comes up with an error message with a problem with the bluray drive (I'm pretty sure I know why it's failing). Also, when it gets the error, it asks to be restarted, and when it restarts, it goes immediately back to trying to update. Now I have a fun fun infitinite loop until I can get all the hardware working. Not sure if I should be kinda annoyed or take it as a motivator.
