I don't think that it will matter any more than the Eyetoy thingy.  

Difference is...Eyetoy is a Remnant from Last Gen..Plain and simple...Natal is this Gen...Adding a Wii mote to it..(Yes it's konfirmed to be a wii mote) Won't make it any different..
