theyve put a cap at $1 million dollars which is less than 1 million downloads
A year ago firefox was downloaded 8million times in 24hours
Perhaps IE8 will not be that fast but its certain they have passed the $1million figure, yet MS will keep advertising the 'download and help the poor' even if its not true any more.
