What type of neighborhood do you live in?

I live in a small city(it is a city despite it's size, because of it being a municipality, in my state towns can't be municipalities) with a population of only 13,000. Also it isn't diverse at all. Most people's families have been Americans for tons of generations now. Even if you ask them what their ancestors nationalities were you get 80% saying polish and german. It is quiet though.

Edit:Oh and there are probably less than 100 non black people in my city.
