I'm technically in Surrey too although its simpler just to say South London as Surrey stretches pretty far.
There are dealers left right and center where I live, its not uncommon to have a car pull up next to you with them saying "pills, ket, MD" lol. That said I love where I live, great variety of people and a great night life.
