Hey wise guy, that graph says it was no less than 35% while JEDE3 says it was 26.1 % for Bush. What am I supposed to believ?

I don't know how far the chart goes up to for bush but the 26.1% was at the very very very end of his term. basically right when Obama got in office. Also, there are different sources and polls. I think there are 3 companies who do these kinds of polls. So that would expalin different outcomes.
