I would like to add, if they plan to buy anything shares would be the cheaper option. No need to buy out a studio if they will developp for them anyways with better 3rd party relationships. Buying shares from the bigger publishers is more power to Nintendo. It's more than just an investment. It's also investing in loyalty.
