Dr. Mario isn't exactly getting spread thin. Super Mario Strikers is a franchise with what, 2 games spread over 2 generations? That's a fantastically unmilked track record. The only Mario franchise that ever got a good milking was Mario Party. 9 stinking mario parties! But even there we've had a reprieve, as the Wii has broken the trend of constant Mparties suggesting that Nintendo isn't as interested in milking as some people think. |
Yes I know, and I agree with you. That's why I kept saying other franchises have been milked more because they blatiantly look to just copy old ideas to produce new games or produce sequels for money. And I even named them (Madden, Rock Band, Final Fantasy, etc).
