Me. If it gives me a head ache to try to achieve everything then I won't do it >.<
That defeats the point of the game. Enjoyment is the primary goal of gaming, not showing off and getting trophies/achievements and bragging rights.
Edit: Completionist as in extra stuff (like collecting all the flags) or the core game itself, not including side stories and missions? If you enjoy the game, I don't see why you won't want to finish it... I don't see how you can really delay the completion of the game, and the end is inevitable... you can't continue playing the game for the first time forever...
