If you're in to the whole download thing I recommend Shatter, Super Stardust HD, Burn Zombie Burn and Crash Commando (in that order).
As for disc based games, I whole-heartedly recommend Ratchet and Clank: Tools of Destruction, check out the Gametrailers stuff and there's a demo on the PSN Store, if you're not sure.
