Realisticly "Jobs Americans are unwilling to perform" can truly be renamed "Jobs that do not pay well enough" and one of the main reasons some of these jobs pay so poorly is because an employer can hire an (often illegal) immigrant for a small fraction of what he could pay anyone else to do the job. When you have some regions of your country where nearly 10% of your population is illegal immigrants who will work for (often below) minimum wage it makes it difficult for competition for employees to increase the wages for a job.
