I recently beat COD4 all over again 2 days ago and i have Bioshock and played that also over the past weekend, and now seeing the games after time has passed...Bioshock still stands up graphically to games being released now, and COD4 has bland textures up close, and just not much detail with in-game pictures, and video clips that play in-game. Look at the water on mission Crew Expendable, and look at it in Bioshock... |
Bioshock was mostly dark and small closed areas. COD4 on the other hand has huge landscapes and far more character models out at once. Bioshock should have an edge with textures because of the smaller environments and the UT3 engine tends to load sharper textures as it plays.
I stand by COD4 is the technically more impressive game.
