1. The game is not going to be coming out until 2011, so nothing is set in stone. The entire specifications, even if announced next month, could change.
2. Blizzard has stated that they are trying to make Diablo III be accessable to as many players as possible and make the requirements for the game be low. While no specifics were given, this probably means you won't have to go out and get a whole new graphics card and new ram like you did for a game such as Company of Heroes or even WoW when they came out if you have a pretty good computer now.
