That logic could be applied to both versions of Eternal Sonata.  Using your logic, the ps3 version of the game shouldn't sell so well. Shouldn't the 360 version also suffer in a similar manner?

And in the end, neither sold very well.

NO SINCE 360 RELEASED FIRST  WHILE PS3 VERSION RELEASED A YEAR WITH NOONE CARES OF A NEW VERSION(AS THE SALES SHOW) but Vesperia has a big fanbase in japan also trusty bell (the best) releases this september maybe this can help ps3 version outsell 360 version
