The HD channels that are coming to Freeview use DVB-T2, which PlayTV does not currently support - it even says that on the Wikipedia page you linked to. Besides which, there aren't even any HD channels being broadcast via Freeview at the moment. And I don't know what I'm talking about? Which consoles do you own? Just a PS3 yeah? lol. It's amazing how some PS3 owners that have never even touched a 360 seem to be convinced that Xbox Live isn't worth the money. |
i had a ps3 DS PSP, had a wii sold it, my brother have a 360 and a ps3.
if you mean by HD 1080p nothing broadcast in that, best u can get its 720p/1080i, which its support it in hardware.
freeview offers some channel in 720p and playtv works .
it can even upscale SD Pal TV to 720p-1080i
my country went for DVB-T so i am excited.
nokia and samsung phones support it, and so now will my ps3.
