@ axumblade : just read your family story and it sucks! I've never said it to my mother because my brother came out first and I didn't feel the need to say the words too. However when my brother told her she apparently said she expected me to be the first to tell. She has always known (although part of that is due to the fact that my sister once found a 'magazine' and showed it to my mother). She never mentioned anything to me though.. she was afraid it would be embarassing.
It is my experience that people don't dare asking it. Up until know only 2 people have asked it to me and I told them the truth because if you don't wanna know, you shouldn't ask. Just as you shouldn't read this thread if you've got issues with it.
