I'm gonna go with Call of Duty 4 as well, I love the gritty art style and effects and the fact that the game never slows down and runs so damn smooth makes it that much more special. Bioshock is also a pretty game, the art style might be better, but there were too many technical issues in that game. I noticed texture pop-in and slowdowns various times in my playthrough.
