Well, I'm a strong believer in the idea that if someone works really hard, bothers to get an education, and has a thirst for excellence, he/she deserves a fair shot at whatever job is out there, regardless race, sex, etc.
Man... we've definitely gone far afield of the original post, but I enjoyed the discussion.
