yeah, told them it froze up when I played games, which it did from time to time.  It doesn't have to be compeltely broken to be covered by the replacement plan.  It just needs to be not working as well as it did when you got it, basically

yeah, don't care. I still have my ps2, and my psone, so... the BC was never that important to me

For those asking, the replacement on the slim is 40 bucks.  The way best buy prices the replacement plans is based on price of what you are buying.  anything 120-200 is 30. 200 to 300 is 40 and so on.
