1. Sony needs to make sure that their price point is around 399.99 (adjust for inflation and such).
2. They need to make sure that important features are there at LAUNCH not through firmware updates! Like cross-game chat, in-game XMB, direct from XMB music!
3. They made a mistake by launching the PS3 with completely new IP's. New IP's are good, just not so good at launch. They need to bring the PS4 out with MGS5, GT6, Resistance 4(whatever) and maybe a new IP or two. New IP's should be reserved for after lunch.
4. Keep blu-ray, despite the hardships of bearing the costs now, it will be worth it.
5. Sony is doing good by introducing the first downloadable games onlu console (PSP Go!) they are taking the first step into the future where all games will be downloaded (maybe in 2 gens).
