Thing is... Noel pretty much IS Oasis. He has written 95% of it and was lead vocal on half of it. Noel can go off and effectively still be Oasis without the snarl on certain songs and the live attitrude.

yeah, Noel wrote most of the songs, I hope he will have a great solo career!
