Will ther be double Fee for MMO's on the 360?

They said it will be free but they will use in game micro transaction like they will charge for the costumers and weapons that are used.The games will be free to play.

Again I ask you to find the quotes. If you can't find a source then I am just going to assume you are making things up. I have been on and off following DCU and have heard absolutely nothing to this effect.
