Launch the PS4 with a suped up Cell/RSX/Blu-ray player, more RAM, more USB ports, 160GB HD, and maybe bundle it with a big IP such as Gran Turismo, Uncharted, Ratchet & Clank, or LittleBigPlanet all for $399.99 with full backwards compatibility with all previous PlayStations and the thing will sell very, very well.
