Rarely do they occur in the natural world without some sort of surgery. Women who have that surgery obviously want attention drawn to their breasts. Girls who want ment looking at them also want the attention. Unless they share the naivete of a 5 year old, they know that attention from men leads to sex. Girls who want constant attention/sex are thus deemeed sluts.
