Guys, if smaller cheaper hardware is available to build a PSP with, do you honestly think they aren't going to make a "new" model? It may look, and function, *exactly* like a PSP-3000, you know.
Don't get so hung up on the model number. What did the PS2 have, like 7 models? 9 maybe? Who noticed? How many end users do you think actually realize that the XBox 360 has gone through like 4 motherboard/chipset revisions, or more, now?
