This chart is full of errors. 360 has back compatibility with all the popular Xbox games. Since when does Sony's video store offer instant streaming? It also ignores a plethora of additional features on 360 that are not available to the PS3.
As far as to the average consumer. They want a games console for games. Most of them will see which one offers the games they want, not which one uses DVD-9 and which one uses Blu-ray, or which one has WiFi and which one doesn't.
