VidZone is shite. It can take forever to start up. The videos are low quality (lower than regular standard def TV), 16:9 videos are letterboxed and don't play in full screen, you get a bar popping up displaying ads every so often during the vid, you have to watch movie trailers in between the vids, and the search feature sucks. If you are trying to compare that to Netflix, don't bother. You may not be able to get it, but lots of people can't get VidZone, but one service allows you to stream full length movies in decent quality, ad free, while the other is an ad-ridden mess of low quality videos that don't even play in full screen.
As for the downloadable games, XBLA wins easily. Look at all of the quality titles released over the last few weeks. There's at least 1 new game added to XBLA every week, every single one of them has a demo, none of them require installing, and if a patch comes out, the size of it is so small that it downloads in seconds and you're back up and running. I've downloaded about 8 or 9 games from PSN. I've downloaded 54 from Xbox Live.
