First thing...don't apologize to girls when there is nothing to apologize for...it makes you sound like a pussy. Second thing...why the hell would you have said that you did see her? You shot yourself with that one...third thing...I had a friend who helped a girl with homework...he only found out later that he was getting used like a sponge...and that chick had zero interest in him. Make sure you are not the sucker...
