But, the Konami Code isn't in Contra 4? That's annoying. I assumed it was in all Contra games.

The right thing to say would have been "in all Konami games," but even that's not true. There have been many variations of the code in the recent years though.

I KNOW that it's not in all Konami games. That's why I didn't SAY all Konami games.

Is there a cheat in Contra 4 then similar to the Konami Code? I need to use that first then formulate my strategy.

Actually, the code is in the game, but the effect is different (it doesn't give you 30 lifes). It only makes your weapons have their max upgrade, and it can only be used once or else you will die (literally).

So do you think I have a chance to beat it?
