So if a PS3 does everything, does that mean it also does nothing? And if it does nothing, does that mean it doesn't do everything?

It creates two realities, one where it does nothing, one where it does everything.

But surely if it does everything it would create an infinate number of realities where it did everything, and an infinate number where it did nothing which which would cancel them out.

But then in each of these infinate realities there is another PS3 whih also creates an infinate number of realities for doing both everything and nothing.
