I never owned the first 3 in the list, but still managed to finish A link to the past when I borrowed it from a friend back then. Never had an N64 so I played OoT via virtual console recently.
My favorite is aLttP. Wind Waker is the second best IMO. I place it above OoT because I loved the style of the graphics. But if graphics would be left aside, I would give them a tie in second place. They're both great, just not as great as a link to the past.
