Just imagine if Victor Frankenstein was alive today, building new race citizens in a bid to take over the world which he deems inferior to replace it with his master race, the only thing standing in is way is a small group of humans led by his first and most powerful creation while the rest of the world is unaware of the monsters lurking in their own backyard
