So, you would agree that Live & Reloaded is a remake, since it's the same game, but with a new multiplayer mode and better graphics and sound.
From the IGN Review:
"When I first learned that Conker's Bad Fur Day was being remade for the Xbox I just about dropped my pants doing the happy dance."
From the game's Wikipedia Page:
"A remake of Conker's Bad Fur Day titled Conker: Live & Reloaded was released in 2005 for the Xbox console. It includes improvements to graphics and sound with a slight addition to story at the training level. The game retains the single player mode of the original but dumped the original multiplayer modes in favor of a revamped xbox live multiplayer"
From the Rare Homepage: (though you might have to dig a bit to find this quote):
"Team-based action aside, the remaining part of the game is the extensive single-player mode, which long-time fans (and other persons of considerable taste) may recognise as Conker's original Bad Fur Day, given a drastic audiovisual makeover in its journey forward a generation from the N64. All the old favourites are there, from Berri to Birdy, Gregg to Franky and a whole load of Tediz, and in its shiny new guise it's an essential play for veterans and newcomers alike."
From the Gamespot Review:
"However, remakes are happening, with the latest being Conker: Live & Reloaded for the Xbox, a reenvisioning of 2001's Conker's Bad Fur Day for the Nintendo 64".
