When ModNation Racers, the latest addition to the Sony-created Play Create Share genre, was announced at E3 this year, you may have thought it was a PlayStation Network title. Don't let the cutesy graphics fool you, Chris Morell of the PlayStation Blog has confirmed that the game is not a PSN title, but a full-featured Blu-Ray game like LittleBigPlanet. A user commented on the ModNation Racers PlayStation Blog entry saying that he could not believe that ModNation Racers was a PSN title, to which Morell replied, "Actually, ModNation Racers IS a full-featured Blu-ray disc game, not a PSN title Thankfully this means that the game will most likely feature as much content as LittleBigPlanet, as well as allow you to create, upload and share any tracks that you make. The game's release date is yet to be announced, but expect it at some point next year.
