im sorry you lack compassion, the Scotish system doesnt, and i admire it for it, in Scotland, the legal system isnt designed to exact vengance on others, it designed to rehabilite people and to make sure they no longer pose a threat to society, the UK system also i believe works in a similar way.

Did you read the link I posted... did you read what Momar Quaddaffi said? The guy who actually wanted the release. He said specifically.
