A sale is a sale...doesn't matter how it happened. You can speculate all you want but at the end of the day the numbers won't change.
How many people didn't buy 360's cause of RROD? How many less sales would have the PS2 sold if not for the slim, and for their breakdown problems? How many more PS3's would Sony have sold if they would've had a much lower entry price? How many duplicate sales will be made for the PS3 because of the upcoming slim? How many more PS3's would have been sold if they would have launched first this gen?
Do you see how retarded this is getting? There are always a buttload of "what if's" but at the end of the day it never changed a damn thing....
And to sum it up. If so many 360's were duplicates due to breaking down, then why does the 360 have the best tie ratio despite the games being by far the most pirated of the 3 consoles?
