The Americans also have every right to give their opinion without being accused of bullying poor little Scotland. Lockerbie lost 11 people, America lost 180. The bomb exploded on an American plane in Scottish airspace. It could just have easily exploded over some remote field without killing anyone on the ground but 180 Americans and 41 Brits would have still perished.
