The Fury on 25 August 2009
I saw this on the news this morning and while I sniggered at this weirdness of it, all I could think was 'Why are they telling people?' But it doesn't change the fact retailers can still say 'no' to kids buying 18 rated games, it just means if they choose to sell it, they don't have to worry about getting done for it.
