If I lived in Washington, I'd be depressed too! Zing!
But seriously, this study isn't very scientific. Less than 500 something people from one tiny region of the country is not representative of the US as a whole.
Besides, they didn't seem to prove causation. Maybe they're introverted because they're depressed already, etc.
