Regular Eid for me. We spend the majority of the first day at home, and my grandparents (who live with us) go out. Since the mosque is located a couple blocks away a lot of my relatives come from there right away, to our house first. About 10 years back or so, we realized that everyone was doing that, so we got a lot of notes left at the door. Ever since that time we stay home day 1, and just go out in the evening, after my grandparents come back.
