I got my 120 gb for 80 Euros (delivery included). Is it too much ?

I live in America and it's almost $200 for a 120GB hard drive. I don't know what that translates to in Euros, but here that's too much. A 60GB is $100. I'm thinking about buying a computer internal hard drive and hacking it to work on my 360.
