What a vague answer. Basically they haven't yet figured it out, but they're trying at least!
If they can get some sort of pointing system using Natal, that would be a start. A gun peripheral, or general pointer peripheral (of whatever tech), would probably work, and use Natal for extra controls such as grenade throwing etc.
