Ninja Theory Developed Heavenly Sword but I dont believe Sony owned them. They maybe just funded the development of Heavenly Sword. I could swear that Ninja Theory also develops the Ninja Gaiden Series for both 360 and PS3. I dont believe Insomniac or Naughty Dog is owned by Sony. They just have a great relationship.
