2 things...

1. "100 Friends Cap: Because of Halo 2? that's why I'm restricted, an amazing multiplayer game gives restriction to multiple connectivity.. go figure"

You don't want more 100 freinds on your 360 for another reason. Why you ask? Because it would slow down your xbox imensly. Every time you go to your friends list it has to download all the avatars and images for all your buddies. The less freinds you have the quicker that load is. At 100 friends, it would take you over 30 seconds of your xbox doing nothing but loading your freinds stupid avatar custom costumes...

2. "XBL Arcade/Indie Games: I have two 360's in my home, one for my Son and one for Me, and I spent $30.00 on Battlefield 1943 so my Son and I could play together, why? ya there is a way to add my account onto his 360, but we still can't play online together, let us share it like the other console."

This is wrong and you 2 can play this game with 1 purchase. If you bough the game with your ID and your xbox, have your son play on your xbox with his ID. You can go to his machine and play the game with your ID. The game that is downloaded is tied to 2 things, console and xbox live id.

Your issue with number 1 could be solved by only downloading the avatars immediately viewable.  Such as stream in the first 50 and when someone scrolls to the next 50, load them up.  This is how most RIAs work nowadays.  Helps control bandwidth and reduce strain on memory requirements of the clients hardware.

Savvy way to get around #2.

I didn't know you can do this? Is it a setting on the 360 you can specify to only download the viewable avatars?

All I know is that I was adding friend left right and center...got to 70 or so and then my xbox ran like it had herpes every time I'd go to my friends list. Now that I deleted half of them and am back to around 30, things are smooth again.
