ok so RR or BB can be anything because its suppose to be wrong and RB has to be two red hats or two blue hats because RB has to be wrong...im following right?

You got it so far. So let's say RB has two blue hats. Okay? That means that there's one blue hat and three red hats left.

Now, knowing what we know, what could be in RR?

One blue and one red because theres still one blue left and RR cant have two red hats because it would be a correct lable

am i right?
