Well, the box is labeled BR, and the label is wrong.

No - the box only has one label, which is Blue and Red. All that means is that if one of the hats is blue, the other one cannot be red. So if it is blue, the other hat has to be blue too. Right?

so are you saying all boxes are either RR or BB and they are lables RB?
