@Mr Khan. Master is a masculine term, the feminine form is Mistress I think. I'm guesing its meant to be sexist.
The problem with this entire situation is that they're trying to re-write the English language not on the grounds that it is offensive but on the grounds that it is possible to take offense. As far as I know none of these terms actually have racist or sexist origins, you just have to take them beyond their actual purpose to find anything offensive about them.
