PC gaming has had mature games long before consoles did, and thats about as much as I can be bothered to write.

 

 

Say whatever you want but before PS1, video games ''was the thing for kids''.Lots of game analysts said so. Mature violent games lived up on PlayStation. That's what made playstation brand was so popular back than.

what analysts? you? just stop already. the fact that nes, snes, msx didn't have 3d gorefest doesn't mean there wasn't any mature games. heck all Shin Megami Tensei games released on snes are still more mature games than titles like GTA4(which is immaturity fest) and Heavy Rain ever would be. since when mature game means boobs, guns, f-bombs and gorefest? i always though that mature games are mature because of the story and climate, but i guess immaturity is today's maturity, right?
