Once you buy the upgrades, it's not like a permanant effect is it? Example: say you buy the faster reload time for an assault rifle. Unless you equip that upgrade, it's not going to effect you, right?
That might sound like a very stupid question, but one of the things that keeps CoD fresh is that you can only equip a limited number of upgrades at a time.
